Fixed issue when setting array formulas to a range

Fixed issue when copying rows/columns where the format is not always preserved.

ClosedXML no longer saves the ValueCached. This is to avoid the situation where you update a worksheet yet the formulas display outdated values.

workbook.Cell/Cells/Range/Ranges with a named range now tries to get the range from the worksheet if it's specified and then from the workbook scope.

Made workbook.Cell/Cells/Range/Ranges easier to use as they now return null if they can't find the target.
